Colerne Sprint

I attended the Wessex Sprint at RAF Colerne Bank Holiday Monday 25/08.

I offered the use of my Volumetrico to the Chief Marshall as safety car and he was thrilled to take her around the course on convoy laps for the competitors.

The event is always well attended and the challenging course is well layed out.
It is strictly club members only though so no spectators.

Peter Rigby competed his Abarth Osella PA2? and I aided him with his prep work before the timed runs....so I didn't get any pics of his car because I was under the heavy Pininfarina body doing the fine tweeking? Cool

There weren't any FIATS competing but there were a few ALFA's and ALFA based cars running.

A quality event with a friendly atmosphere.
