Hi, unfortunately I have to sell my beloved 131 abarth replica. This is a car which I hoped I would never have to sell but I've finally been talked into buying a house and need the cash for a deposit.

I have nearly finished a 2year complete restoration on the car. Below is some information.

BODYWORK - The car was completely stripped and had a complete respray in white. The bodywork is perfect, paintwork cost ?2000 sterling. I also fitted a new bonnet and boot lid at the time of getting the paintwork done.

ENGINE & GEARBOX - The engine and gearbox were both removed, cleaned stripped and rebuilt. The engine has had the following new parts fitted: new crankshaft oils seals, new sump gasket, new head gasket set, new timing belt, new alternator belt, new alternator, new water pump, new thermostat, new fuel pump, new oil filter, new spark plugs, new distributor cap, the webber carb was also refurbished etc. The cylinder was also sent away to get done up. The head was skimmed, valves ground, tappets set etc. The gearbox was cleaned, and a new thrust bearing and genuine fiat clutch kit fitted. I have also fitted a new Coil, and bosch electronic ignition system.

FRONT SUSPENSION & BRAKES - All of the front suspension was replaced with new and genuine fiat parts. It has had new shocks, new track control arms, new track rod ends, new anti roll bar bushes, new steering rack boots, new brake calipers, new discs, new pads, new brake hoses and pipes, new master cylinder.

REAR SUSPENSION & BRAKES - Back brakes have been converted to disc brakes. It has had new brake calipers and pads fitted along with goodridge flexible brake pipes. Some of the rear suspension bars have also been replaced.

WHEELS - Fitted with 15" Compomotive 3 piece split rims. Fronts are 15X7 rears are 15X8.

EXHAUST - The car is fitted with a brand new exhaust system. It has a new Janspeed 4 branch manifold, and a twin exit box at the rear - all the rest between is stainless steal.

INTERIOR - The interior is stanard 131 sport black interior. It is in good condition, no rips or burns. However the drivers seat is in poor condition, so as a temporary basis I have fitted an orange 131 sport seat and a plain black seat cover. I've been looking for a front drivers seat in black but can't seem to find one, so I was thinking of fitting a pair of black buckets seats to the front. Although, I'm sure the seat I have could be covered black.

The car has been restored to look as close to a genuine abarth as I can make it, so it is fitted with a new 131 abarth front grill, headlamps and indicators lamps. Also the tail lights were fitted new aswell, and the car has got new abarth badges fitted. I have also fitted a 3 spoke abarth steering wheel.

The car is 99% finished, would take a day to finish, but unfortunately I have too many cars packed into the garage for the winter that I haven't got any room to work on it. Anyway - it needs the handbrake cable fitted, and the back axel could do with being painted. As I said previously I been restoring this for over 2 years, and I have actually on drive the car 5mile - home from getting the exhaust fitted.

I have spent a small fortune on it, it now just needs someone to enjoy it.

Am open to offers??

Car is located in Northern Ireland
