Wanted the roof headlining from a 131 not the polystyrene sport one, but the card one from a 4 door, i want to make a mould for making new ones from fibreglass & the poly one will melt as soon as its touched with chemicals, anyone got one they dont need
this will cure all the sagging roof cloth problems.

Hi Sid .My donor 4 door had the cardboard head liner which had the same sponge lined material as the 131R.Hadn't delaminated so maybe its the  chemical reaction with the poly. Also the cardboard liner has a indented slot where the interior light is .I have a spare one  but its in NZ. Good luck Cheers Gary

Hi Gary the poly fails & the foam between the poly & the material goes into powder reaction with the poly & cant be reglued as the glue will eat the poly so cardboard one to make a mould & then we can have good roof cloths again.
