 Wink
Yet another late taxi shift ( 3.30pm to 4.45am).& recently no internet time, was thinking of some of my past classics.
Best was probably the 190 Cosworth & M535 sharknose both 1987 bit heavy but great cars, modern would be my 2003 WRX sold after 30K from new year in her first year too expensive to run handled a dream......

and worst.....Alfa Romeo Arna enough said and current Fiat Multipla, gear stick continually pops out all the time, so embarassing ?

Simon I will pm you re Italy......wish I could buy the Sport great price.....

Sorry so little time on net these days. Any members miss some of their previous cars or regreted sales ?

Yeah, I miss the last 130TC I sold Cry. She needed quite a bit of work to bring up to scratch but what hoot to drive Grin.

And if I don't buck my ideas up there may be another VERY regrettable sale  Sad

The worst car I ever owned was a 1985 C-reg red Citroen BX 1.6 petrol I had back in 1995, purchased in a moment of madness Roll Eyes. Kept blowing the hydraulic pipes off the pressure pump and dumping HLM oil all over the road leaving me stranded miles from home, oil which operated the power steering, brakes and suspension - all on the same system Shocked Roll Eyes

Best car I ever sold (excluding any 131) was my 1998 Volvo S70 T5 CD manual. A real wolf in sheeps clothing and certainly not a Grandad's car! I sold it because I knew I'd end up not seeing my kids grow up, and would probably take others with me Undecided It was the quickest car I've ever owned and I loved it. Grin I PX'd it for my 2000 V-reg BMW 528i Sport Auto in 2004, which I also regret selling - but at least I should get first dibs when my brother sells it Grin

131 I most regret having to sell was my 2000TC Supermirafiori XPE 613 Y. Sold in 1991 to make way for a 1989 Tipo 1.6 DGT SX 5-door, but the 131 was totally shot, bodily and mechanically. Thing is it was the car that Wendy (my wife) and I did all our courting in Wink and we both cried when, after returning from a friends wedding, my Dad handed me the cash he got for it. Cry (I did know someone was coming to view it, but I never really thought it would be gone Undecided).

Car I most regret having to part with was my black 131 Sport, JPD 969V. Scrapped after the wife drove it into a parked Maestro Roll Eyes Every 131 I've owned since hasn't come up to the mark, although I'm warming to the Abarth Grin Cheesy Wink
