What a beauty! I hope the buyer won't change it into another replica!
I'm interested what would be the minimum price.

I agree Albert, it's lovely isn't it. It would be a shame to turn it into a replica.

Well I have to disagree with that - What use will a basic 1300L be put to..? Yes the originality and condition is cute but it is the very basic of models and the driving experience is nothing like the bigger and twin cam engined variants.

To me this is the perfect basis to create a very nice Sport replica with little if any bodyword changes.  Wink

Personally I hope it stays original, too many two doors and sports are being sacrificed to make replicas at the moment.

However....

If it is your car you can do what you want with it. Each to their own.

Kev,  should be a strange world. First a lot of the existing Racings are converted into Abarth replica's. Now the normal 131 should be converted into a Racing repro. Better buy Simon's Racing to have a real and original Racing and buy this car to put on display to show what a terrific job Fiat did based on the 131 shell Grin Grin

I could have this standard 1300 in my storage and even enjoy it Smiley

Hi Albert - Yes it is a little ironic but the difference is that with this car it is easier to make an almost exact replica Sport, much more easy than to make an exact Abarth replica out of a Sport.

I accept that you would enjoy the car but when you went to your garage on a sunny day for a drive in one of your classics, how many times would you pick the 1300 L?? Wink
