as the story goes, many of those cars are brand new, never registered, and as such now can't be registered anywhere in EU since they don't meet modern emissions standards and safety requirements.
now, i'm not in EU and i can get those cars registered where i live and later re-export them to EU as used vehicles.
since you're local, you might be able to do much more than me or miro-1980
try to get a live person to talk to. perhaps make a roadtrip to check it out?
