Anyone know what this is off and would it fit a 20 131?

that would be off a lancia beta or montecarlo. just slap on some cam covers that don't have lancia on them and bolt it on a 131 engine.
good value too if it's in good nick.
adjustable cam gears - 100e
twin webers - 200e
inlet manifold - 100e minimum

Odd that the distributor is on the inlet camshaft, most twincam engines had the distributor on the exhaust camshaft.

Lancia always tended to use the inlet cam but a Lancia twin cam is different to a Fiat twin cam in a few different technical ways...

It will physically fit but you would need to check the inclination of the montecarlo engine as I think they sat at 10 degres from the norm so the manifold wont work

From memory the exhaust cam box is different as the lancia engines were at an angle but wasnt the cam profiles of the montecarlo exactly the same as the 131 sport.

that's correct but it only means that there'll be more oil in the exaust cambox of that head when placed horizontally than in ordinary 131 head. no harm in that.
