difference between 131 front panels

what is the difference between these 2 front panels ?which one is original or no?

Looking at the headlight apartures I would say the top one is series 1 and the bottom one is for a series 2 or3

I have 2 front panels,they look the same but i dont know if they are serie1,2,3
Never seen any ohter model of panel, perhaps its for the first serie Berlina -75 that had other headlights!
