Italian wheels don't fit any other marks. Do they?

You are right, they are copies because Italian wheels would never fit a ford.

Can't see why they couldn't fit.

If I remember correctly, in the late 70's/early 80's Fiat co-operated with Ford to make aluminium heads for the Escort.
Maybe as part of that, other things were supplied as well?
