I was wondering who may have the longest continuous ownership of a 131.  I have owned my Brava since March 19, 1979,  it is approaching 35 years that I've owned this car and was curious if there was other one owner cars. Mike Stinson

Hi Mike,

that's going to be a tough one to better I think - good for you  Smiley

The damp climate in North Western Europe can dissolve a 131 in ten years easily  Sad

Thanks again for the fuel tank seal - did the trick  Grin

I think Ernst bought his car new in 1983? It is one of the few daily drivers around, and it boasts a catalytic converter  Cool

As Albert already mentioned, Robert is almost right:
Ernst's car is MY1983, purchased in 1986, daily driver since then, equipped with a controlledWink catalytic converter in 1998, 276.000kms on the clock and counting...

My dad bought a Supermirafiori in August 1984 in Azzure paint and although he sold it to friend after 2 years with 30k on the clock for around 6 months, he bought it back as it was just sitting there and we wanted it back!  We still have it today. Smiley

Not the first owner but....the second owner.

Back in 1999 I purchased my orange 1600 Special from it's original owner who brought it new in 1976. Still only has 16,000 miles on the clock.
