all the way down in the heel of the boot that forms Italy...

costs over 1.000 euro to have it transported to Belgium  Sad

and you need to fly there to arrange the paperworkfirst

or how an 800 euro car is suddenly over 2.000 euro

if it had been in the North I would be tempted, but then it would already have been snapped up years ago  Smiley

anyone on this forum who lives close to this car?

131's never seem to sell in that part of Italy Sad I seen a few nice Supers for sale in this part of Italy when I was looking for my Super's but the sellers never reply to my emails Angry

Its not big money for a 2 door Smiley Would come in handy if you had a rotten Racing & needed a good shell Smiley if the shell is good on this one Grin

It does take time to get the paperwork done of the export in Italy.

It would be nicer to keep it original  Cool

I have too much Racings already...

It migth be a mutual feeling of distrust that prevents the cars from the deep south selling: they don't trust overseas buyers and that part of Italy is not only known for sunshine and pasta either

Mind that I did buy my Multipla Coriasco there, years ago, but it requiered a "leap of faith" not unlike in the Indiana Jones movie...  Send over a stack of money, having the rust bucket transported to a "safe house" in the Torino area, and from there to Belgium...  There was no problem exporting it as it didn't have papers (demolito...) :-)

Anyway, with the 2300s coup? having it's Italian paperwork sorted out at last and receiving its numberplates, the arrival of the french Fiat Dino and a 238 Panorama from Germany I could manage the 800 but not the 2.000.

Enzo will probably pull some family strings and slaugther it...

Like Yves said, a good price but the transport and organising is way too high. And how good is it indeed, I also almost never get any reply from Southern Italy. Wanted to buy an Argenta Volumex for the asking price, no number, only mail, I mailed over 6 times, never 1 reply.
