I have some calipers but do not know if they will fit on my 131 sport.

I have told that the larger caliper of the 2 is for Fiat uno Turbo, would anybody be able to confirm looking at the photo.

If it is from a uno turbo can it be used on a fiat 131 sport without modification??

I am fairly certain the smaller caliper is for fiat 131 sport and again without the box how can i confirm this

thanks

Bob

Small one right for a sport but different models had different piston size  eg 127 128 panda ?
You will need the matching caliper bracket for the turbo one ,, there are a few on here with uno turbo brakes ?

My old car (SMW 262Y) had uno turbo brakes fitted from what i remember but thats going back 11 years ago.Parrish on here has the car now so he might be worth getting in touch with.

The car at the time i had it had 15 inch compomotives fitted,so there maybe clearance issues with standard wheels.

Cheers,
Wayne.

Looking at those calipers the top one is not Uno turbo. Seems a non Fiat or may be a early rear fitment on some Fiat. Lower one looks S3 type.

Hi Bob.
I have two 131r's. One with standard brakes and the other from a Fiat uno turbo.
In my opinion i cannot tell the difference. Slightly annoying is that brake hoses have to be made up as the ends are not the same. Getting them the right length is critical too so they don't catch the body (the angle that the hose leaves the caliper is different).
