Service fluid volumes and specs

Just gone to do an oil and fluids change, and realised I've packed my manuals away (just about to move house). Anybody got the engine and gearbox fluid specs and volumes to hand? Many thanks, Che

I know engine is 4.5 litres and gear box fill till it comes out, filler hole is level indicator

Thanks Jason, I had to move my cars across the county as I'm moving house, so wanted a full fluids change before doing so only I'd already packed all my manuals. However, found the info I needed thanks anyway
