You are correct it is a raised casting Lancia, il go check numbers on head Wink

cylinder head numbers are FF V9 ( S62) 4372281

The head is from a 2l Lancia Beta.

It still doesn't ID the block, but with Lancia cast in to it the odds are pointing that way.

now im seriously confused its marked as a 1608 cc fiat 125bc000 however the head is a lancia beta 2L Huh IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE Huh

I'll have a look next time I go to my shed, have two Lancia 2l engines what numbers they  have !

Just had my engine on dyno it peaked at 121 bhp not bad for an engine built in the 80s
