I am looking for a cylinder head water outlet that goes directly to a hose rather than a T- fitting. Is this a stock or speciality item.

I don't think it's a stock item although some early twin cams might have had it that way. Some people simply block off one side of the 'T' when they fit a thermostat into the head. It's also possible to cut off the 'T' and connect a pipe straight onto the bit that's left (see photo of 125 engine below).

I HAVE ONE OF THESE ON MY TWINCAM, IT'S BEEN CAST LIKE THAT AND IT HAS THE THERMOSTAT INCLUDED
