Hi Guys!

I am in a deep shit. I managed to destroy all bearings from the differential of my Racing and now I need new ones. The problem is that the manufacturing of these bearings is over and at least here in Finland it is impossible to find such bearings. Yagmur was very kind and tried to help me but he could not find these bearings from Tofas / Turkey.

Inner and outer bearings of drive shafts are not a problem. The problem is to find other two bearings. Bearings that are parallel with cardan shaft, if you know what I mean.

So, I have an urgent need for these bearing. Even used ones will do the job.

Please help me!  Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed

I will add some pics of these wanted bearings soon.

Do you mean the bearings on the differential carrier? I didn't think these can be easily removed. But I do have the complete differential out of my car (pinion lost the teeth) so I suppose you could transfer your crownwheel to it.

Hi guys and thanks for all!

Theo: I think that the shipping of the differential to Finland might be quite expensive. The bearings I need are shown in your pictures. If you are kind, you can ask the price for the shipping from the local post office, maybe?

Finnie: Yes I have - they have only the other one (23690/620)

TAS131: Here are the numbers & dimensions:

SKF 23690/23620/QCL7C Taper Roller Bearing Cup and Cone Set

Inside Diameter: 34.93mm
Outside Diameter: 73.03mm
Width: 26.99mm

SKF 639194 CL7A

Inside Diameter: 28mm
Outside Diameter: 67mm
Width: 20,5mm

THANKS!!!

Shipping to Finland for the whole differential unit will be expensive. Can somebody tell us (me  Wink) how to remove these bearings without damaging them?

That seems like 10 minutes away from the office in Camden Town. I'll probably take the 131 for an MOT test on Saturday and I'll take the differential with me to see if they can take the bearings off. Otherwise I'll come round for a cup of coffee during my lunch break one day next week (I'll bring the coffees, how do you take yours?)  Wink Cheesy

A minute or 2 on google brings these up. They're not too obscure!

Thanks Finn and I'm sure Marko appreciates your help. Yes I'll come round with the diff one lunchtime soon. Not sure I can do it tomorrow (but I'll try) so most likely it will be Monday or Tuesday next week.
