Dates have been decided for 3MA11 ...

6th May (Friday) to 9th May (Monday) inclusive.

Next step is to look for suitable accomadation. Anyone who knows of a reasonably large comfortable 3/4 star hotel in the vicinity of the Cornish/Devon border which has good (large) parking facilities and will do a good "all in" deal, please put forward any suggestions. Cost wise we are used to paying a group rate of between ?45 and ?60 pps for dinner bed & breakfast per night.  We can't guarantee to use it but suggestions are welcome.

try tregenna castle in cornwall big hotel loads off parking great for photos
nice food .just tell them were irish and we drink loads and they will make there money back in the first night
