http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FIAT-131-INNER-SIDE-ROD-END-/140746533198?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item20c525a94e

Are they the same either side?

It's been a long time since I changed a tie rod end, and probably 25 years since I've changed an inner tie rod, I seem to recall them being LH or RH thread on the outer end.

Citroen Xantia ones aren't handed the same part fits both sides. I guess as they have to be the same length they aren't handed on the 131 either.

Both RH threads. I stripped and rebuilt the rack yesterday. The previous owner had replaced the plastic rack bush with a turned brass bush, which had at least 0.5mm play in it, that with 2 stuffed inner tie rods meant a fair bit of steering play.
