these 3 132s were found today by my friend Paul, he spotted these today while driving home from work & spoke to the owner who told him that they are going to be crushed next monday, there are engines in all the cars but the bodies are shot so if anyone needs parts engine etc they could buy a car before sunday evening afaik ?100 will clinch the deal per car (thats what he is getting from the scrappie), pm for contact details as the owner would rather see them going to some use but they have to go from his place.

Wow - Can you imagine what Gerry would have said...In fact are we sure that these are not some of Gerry's cars..? The black ones could be - Not sure about the blue one.

Could be an engine source for Seamus in Killlarney - Wouldn't be the first 131 Sport with a 132 engine I'd say! Wink

A shame they are so far away from me - they could provide many useful parts. If anybody buys one or more of them and wants to sell any parts post them up on here.

I know Djape was looking for a set of doorcards for example.

Sid,i understand these cars are near you Roll Eyes.Do you know anywhere you could store them, because there could be many parts on them useful to many forum members here.If they were near me,i have the space to store them outside. It is a hugh sin to let them be crushed, until all the useable parts have been taken off them.Eugene

unfortunatley we have no where to store these cars its a shame that they will be crushed but thats life, & they are from  Gerry Kennedys collection, thats why i put them on here someone must need engine parts etc & seamus got an engine already, so when it rains it pours!!

i'm getting a slight cramps in my gut seeing this. i can see they're rustbuckets, but there's all sorts of usable bits for fiat nuts there. door cards and roofliners for me, front radius arms for 131 abarth replicas, engines, gearboxes, rear axles, radiators, wiper motors and many other bits that suit 131 with no or little modification...

SurelyNick, someone in your neck of the woods could take a car each, strip the useable bits off,and then let the rest off. There are 12 rims alone excluding the spares, engine parts for sports, suspension bits, glass, gearboxs, back axle,i could go on and on.Any idea how much it would cost to deliver them to Bantry West Cork Huh,as i have plenty room to accomodate them.It is such a shame to crush them without striping them down first.Eugene

the way it is the guy that has them is going to sligo 1st thing on monday morning tio collect a load & he is dropping the cars on the way so he just wants them gone, its a shame thats whats going to happen unless someone on here gets them first, but i have had no requests for contact details, i myself would have no interest in them except maby for the engine alone, but i have a couple of engines already, so it would only be some one with a 132 that would need them or maby for the axle etc, i wonder will they be crushed or will someone rescue them in the nick of time?

Will be a real shame if three of Gerry's collection are to be crushed without at least some useable bits being saved. Hopefully someone local will save at least one of them.
