Came across this on Youtube. It?s got a Lada triple rotary, they produced them for police cars amongst others.
Interesting side exit exhaust might cause an issue at the NCT/Mot test though!!

It is not Lada engine. This is some Mazda engine and the car is described on www.turbo124.com forum.
