Theo and I have decided to have a last minute, pre-Christmas get together and wondered whether anyone else would like to join us. Grin We'll be going regardless of the weather - unless of course the roads are impassable -  so please join us in whatever car you have on the road, although of course we'd prefer to see you in your 131 Grin

We are initially meeting at my house and will then have a run through the Hampshire Countryside to finish at lunchtime at a nice little hostelry just south of Basingstoke, in a village called North Waltham. (Very close to the M3 junction 7).

Check it out on www.thefox.org/

Let us know if you can join us - it will be good to see you! Wink

So who else is braving the cold for this? I've re-taxed the 131 so I'm good to go. Sunday should be dry (but rather chilly!!!!)

Good to see Linda, Theo and Jason today, as well as two 131s added to my Abarth in the English winter sunshine. Grin It was sure cold, but the warmth of the attendees soon sorted that out! Wink

I didn't take any snaps but Theo did, so hopefully he can post some up! Smiley

Yes and great coffee too  Wink Cheesy
So 5 131ners in 3 131s got together today for a blast round the Hampshire countryside with a lunch stop at The Fox in North Waltham.

The day started at Simon's and Wendy's with Wendy providing breakfast bacon rolls and coffee. Then the 3 131s, representing Series 1, Series 2 and Series 3  Grin took the scenic route through the picturesque Hampshire countryside to our lunch destination.

Pit stop to turn on Simon's heater  Grin

It may have been cold today but it was lovely and sunny all day and in my car at least with the heater working well  Cheesy  it felt like a summer's day  Grin

After an excellent lunch we returned to Simon's and Wendy's via a shorter and faster route for afternoon tea, coffee and cakes.

The weather was good, the food was good, the drive was very good and the company was excellent. Thank you Simon and Wendy  Cheesy
