Additive for petrol engine

Hello everybody,
Can any of you tell me which kind of additive can I put in my fiat 131 1600TC 82 model? I was told that additive can help the engine work better. Any advises please?

It is for fuel. Some additive for fuel. Can you advise?

I used to use a product called Castrol Valvemaster Plus. It was a lead replacement and also boosted the octane rating of the fuel.

Another similar product that was recommended was Millers VSP.
