does only Walter R?hrl edition has those side paintings ?

I thought that but this is RHD and I have never seen a V reg one with the boot spoiler usually W reg on and not all of them had it as I recall.

To make it a Walter R?hrl is not too difficult.A few stickers, 2 spoilers and 2 foglights and voila! And then there is no difference in LHD or RHD Grin
