The future's bright - The future's orange

« on: May 02, 2010, 09:20:06 PM »

Anyone got any of these kicking around in your spares departments?

Most uk cars that i've seen have the 14 inch ones fitted,so are the 13's rare over here?

Any help apprieciated.

Hi Wayne - Welcome back to the forum...How are you these days?

I'm afraid I'll be keeping my 13inchers but hopefully somebody will be able to help...Do you still have your orange 131 Sport and white race car...? Smiley

Hi Kev,

Doing fine thanks. Still got the cars.

Brought the orange one out of hibernation for the race retro show at stoneleigh in march.
Nice to get back in an italian thourabred after driving the E30 through the winter. Grin

Don't intend to get rid of any cars unless things get desparate.

The wheels are for a friend in a local club who's got a 126 project.
I've got a stack of 14 inch rims but he has to want the rare ones. Roll Eyes Cheesy

That's a start Bob. Nice one. I'll find out if he wants to buy a full set or start collecting them 1 at a time.
I can understand people not wanting to sell for originalities sake.

The only ones i've ever seen on a car are on Simons racing,so they must be scarce.

I've got a set of 13" rims off a 131 that I don't want, can't remember if they're 6" or 7" width. Not exactly close to home though!

Hi Jason,

Was down your neck of the woods on Saturday at Brands Hatch. Wasn't in the 131 though. Weapon of choice was the 350 lc.(2 wheeler from the 131 era Cool)
Been busy building race cars for the last year,so spare time's been limited.
I'm sure i can make an appearance at a few meetups this year though. Smiley

Thanks for that Enzo. I've let my friend know about them. Smiley
