ABARTH GEARBOX

I ve got a 131 box with arbarth stamped on it just behind the the gear shift lever.It came with a fiat 128 i bought recently along with other bits and bobs. Can any one throw a bit of light on this Wink

The gearbox sounds like the 5 speed one fitted to the 131 Sport.

Abarth designed the remote shifter especially for the Sport. I dont think it's fitted to any of the other models exept maybe the special Sport varients such as the Walter Rohrl and the Volumetrico versions.

It is most likely a gearbox from a 131 Sport/Racing which have an Abarth remote gearchange. (Sorry Wayne beat me to the answer Undecided

)
