it's automotive company specialised in tuning fiat cars. they made a 132 1800 with something like 130hp and small estetic changes.
i don't know anyting else about this gianinni 132 2000 except that it exists

sorry, link is dead, ad is no longer there.

it was a strange ad on a italian "sell anything" website. just these two photos, price and phone number. day after i saw it, there was "sold" written instead of price.
