I am just wondering if there would be a market for complete fibreglass doors. It would be stiff and strong. I have a set of good doors that are not rusted and would be perfect for making moulds.
If there is enought interest then i could make moulds and doors.

I will also have moulds for C pillar which will be useful if somebody wishes to convert 4 door into 2 door car.

Did the Abarth cars have fibreglass doors? If so I'm sure that may people with or who are building replicas would benefit from fibreglass doors.

Tom,

I certainly would be interested. By complete doors you mean the frame as well ? Or just shell ?

In my estimate the interest would be for a complete set of replacement parts which would be just like the abarth's original parts - also for the wings and boot lid.

Hi Dave,

Abarth 131s have the standard door frames and aluminium skins.  Grin

I still do not know if i can make a fully functional window frames as it is a bit complicated shape but for sure the doors can be made. THe price I image would be around 250euro each as the manufacturing takes a long time and also the moulds will be expensive.
