Sure - I'll be up for it if there are plans for a Fiat themed presence.  Wink

Cool 8)Hi everyone this thread is very quiet giving that this event is on sunday next. I was there last year, had a great day, with a big turnout of cars so hopefully will repeat same this year. The weather forecast is good for the weekend, the location is good, just alongside the main N8 in a dry field and the company should be good so it has the making of another great day out. Great weather ensured a good collection of cars a large turn out some nice 131s & a good few other Fiats, major badly organised show took over 3 hours to get out of the show, organisers have not got a clue how to organise something this bit & should have a rethink before i go there again, in fact the others i traveled with said never again!

What do you mean large queues dont bother you? what if you were in Donegal & wanted to get home ?? how about 7 car queues going into 1 & not being allowed out? friggin joke that was we travelled nearly 3 hours to this show to "believe me see some cars that never venture to shows near us" that was our attraction & to see some nice Fiat cars that we dont see up our end, take a look at this mayhem when the headless chicken with the high viz vest is standing is the so called exit! a dirt track is what it was, so for guys like myself that spend up to 15-20K restoring their cars never never never again, my pride & joy will be for myself only & when my 131 is finished Ditto!!!!

Very badly organised event, the main theme seemed  to be, get them in, TAKE THEIR MONEY, and after that they can fend for themselves. I parked within 100mtrs. of what appeared to be the main gate for a 'quick' getaway as I foolishly thought, however only trucks and motor bikes and dare I say a priviledged few were allowed out this wide and well prepared entrance. However, I must say  patience did eventually pay of, after waitiing over 2 hours for someone with a brain somewhere slightly above their toes to come along and open this gate, I decided that it was just not going to happen and  pulled into one of the many evergrowing queues which I felt was only going to rise the temperature both in the engine bay and inside the car, something I was not looking forward to. However, shortly after this a seasoned garda arrived outside the 'main' gate and the miracle happened IT WAS OPENED and needles to say a rush to the gate ensued, I escaped to freedom at this stage, totally p*sseed off and hungry. I for one will find something better to do with my sundays than support or attend this event, unless it is properly organised.
Only for this garda  I would say it would have been a 2 day event for some. I hope someone from the organising commitee will visit this site and see the favourible reviewes they are getting!!!!!!!!!!
Bitching over, there were some nice cars there, took some photos, failed to upload them onto this site but passed them on to Kev131 to do so, by the way Kev have contact details of the owner of the silver 131, he's from castletown near mounthrath. Also Kev spoke with the new owner of the automatic that was for sale in carlow, its new home is in kerry.
