Title: WTB. 124 spider FI manifold. Post by: Tas131 on July 28, 2009, 08:51:53 PM I'm after a manifold that will give me enough room underneath it to mount an Eaton supercharger. A 124 spider manifold would give me the most room, but other manifolds may be an option. I can get a Tempra manifold from New Zealand, but a spider manifold is my preference at the moment.

Post by: Tas131 on August 01, 2009, 03:55:19 AM I've tracked down a spider manifold from the US for a good price, unfortunately freight to Australia is $120 US, so to get my hands on the manifold would cost me $240 Aust. A Tempra manifold from NZ is $250 Aust. I've bought an 8V integrale manifold from Germany, $170 Aust. including freight.

I have a spare Argenta FI manifold you are welcome to. Looks the same as my spider manifold which is mated to a Strada 130 engine, also using the insulator gasket found on the original twin carb set up which all fits under the bonnet with no probs. I could have a closer look if you want. Rgds, John. Title: Re: WTB. 124 spider FI manifold. Give me a shout if you require anything. Rgds, John. Title: Re: WTB. 124 spider FI manifold. Post by: gengis on August 05, 2009, 07:42:59 PM Mick ,
Just had a thought!..I'm sure I have an automatic bellhousing, which if memory serves me right has the starter on the left side of the engine (below the exhaust) I was keeping it when thinking of a Lancia 16v transplant..the reason why escapes me now. Can anyone confirm the reason? Anyway it's there for the taking. Rgds, John. |
