Day three (the long drive) starts with a leisurely drive to Corris mine, where you can discover what life was like underground. For more details click on the link, don?t worry if you don?t fancy going underground there are plenty of things to see and do above ground on the site.

Then we go to our lunch stop at Pennanu craft and coffee shop.

After lunch we enjoy an afternoon of great driving, stopping at a great beauty spot Clwyd reservoir for (hopefully) ice-cream

After coffee we are off for a great drive over the mountains to lunch at Lake Vyrnwy. This hotel is very popular and they are busy with many groups (including a group of Ferraris) to help our lunch stop to run smoothly for us and the hotel I will be emailing you all a menu separately.

After lunch we shall drive to Castle Powis ? after all no trip to Wales is complete without seeing a castle

Tomorrow Norbert and I are going to start our trip at 8.00 in the morning.

After taking the ferry from Dunkirk to Dover, we will stay for one night in Dover.

Slowly getting excited...
