3MA Registerd (maybe twice now?)
OK its looking good, dates are OK as ill be on leave and will have the spare time.
Ive broached the subject with Dawn (wife) and didnt get too? negative a response! to spending several days and many hours driving in an old car!
Car is currently illegal on the roads of Europe, however following a visit from Jose from Malaga i am now in contact with a friend of his who may be able to get me the neccesary engineers report i require before i can get the car onto Spanish plates, he is calling in to see me in February, hopefully things will start to move quickly from then on.
As far as the car is concerned just a few small jobs to do, main one is a road test, since i re-fitted the engine and gearbox fitted new shocks and springs, new steering rack and added 2 x 45's i have'nt been on anything other than a short journey, ive hardly warmed the car up, i need to get an Oil cooler fitted as well? as most of you will appreciate temperatures here in Spain can get high, i also need the tracking done.
Should i fail to get the Fiat sorted in time, im thinking of comming along in the BMW Z3 (please dont throw stones at me!)
How is everyone keeping in touch? are we going to exchange phone numbers before travelling or are we using CB's?
Regards
Steve

Glad you're seriously thinking about joining us Steve. It will be great to have you along - hopefully in your 131. Cool

I won't be throwing stones at any BMW mate - as I'm a serious BM fan myself! Wink

Theo, Kev and I usually stay in touch via three way radios during long drives together, and we keep in touch with others via mobiles.

Looking forward to having you with us. Wink
