Guys,

This is a local show to me, held at Kingsley Sports Ground, near Bordon, Hampshire, GU35 9PD, all in aid of the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice in Farnham, where one of my wife's dear friends spent her last days recently. Great selection of old cars, trucks, military vehicles, motorcycles, steam engines, etc, with an auto jumble, trade stands, BBQ, craft stalls and the like. Not huge, but getting bigger every year - I've been going for the last 5 years and it's virtually doubled in size.

Entry is by pre-booked ticket/windscreen sticker, cost is a donation to the Hospice, suggested at ?5 per car. Entry by 30th June to John Turner, Touchwood, Frith End, Hampshire, GU35 0RA, email whitedoveevents@hotmail.co.uk or call him on 01420 473062.

The Phyllis Tuckwell hospice is a great cause and they provide a great service, my dad off and on spent the last six months of his life there, so you can put me down for this one and I will support them however I can.

Apparently "on the day" entrance is possible but parking will be in the overflow or 'B' field: "'On the day' entrants will be marshalled to the adjoining 'B' field".

I haven't applied for a ticket so if I join you it'll be the 'B' field for me  Embarrassed  I may be required for taxi services on the 11th so I'm waiting to hear from some friends from the USA.
