Title: Fiat 131s at Ennis Classic Car show today Post by: kev131 on June 17, 2007, 07:36:06 PM Met up with Roger and his recently purchased 131S (bought through this forum) and Noel in his 132 for a trip west to the Ennis Classic Car Show. First time at this and was pleaseantly surprised at free entry for exhibitors AND free tea/coffee, sandwiches, cakes and drum sticks. Thats how to encourage cars out of their garages! Hope they made a profit - Even gave us a little plaque as we left!
There were a few other Italian cars there so we decided to create a "Little Italy". Made a change from the masses of Fords there - There were 78 classic Fords touring the west of Ireland this weekend. I love the Special - my fav 131 after the Abarth I think!? 8) I'll soon be on the look out for another so please let me know if there any decent cars about - for less than 7,500 euros! ::) |
