I might be wrong it is a while since I have taken a 131 front suspension to bits, but do the parts you bought go underneath the inner wing?

yes, they definitely do. The upper mount is different. I bought a few of these (upper & lowermounts) in Turkey two years ago (for the Tofas 131 Sahin), they came for (if I remember right) around 7 Euros together, 14 Euros for both sides of the car.

Best regards,
Robert

Why is it difficult to order things from abroad in Serbia?

we're outside eu, and for a good reason too.
no paypal for serbia, money orders only for members of family, western union is the only way. most eu and usa companies won't ship goods to serbia...
evem my visa and mastercard issued in serbia are not valid via the net. only if i pay in person when i go abroad. local laws are the problem, and eu regulations don't help either. then there's customs... anything worth more than 20e goes to customs for evaluation. they do not care about price i bought the goods for. they estimate the value and sharge according to that evaluation. last time i had to deal with customs here in serbia i nearly lost my mind. i wanted to go and shoot them all. i bought 1985 mazda 626 in austria for 500e and wanted to import it to serbia. they charged me 750e for customs fees. according to them, that car was worth 3000e in serbia and fee was 25% for used cars!
if for instance, steve gave me top mounts for as a cristmass present, and i paid transport cost, i'd still have to pay customs fee for their evaluated value. and wait for couple of weeks for them to decide how much to charge me. skin of my back if possible!

I know Yagmur accepts Western Union so that means you could pay for them. The customs issue is the one which causes most problems I think. We have the same problem when buying from the USA for example, but they only charge us based on the price the item cost so it is fairer.

well the best way to get your parts is to have a nice holiday in beautiful Turkey & come home with a suitcase full of 131 parts & yourself full of Effes! lol

i'm seriously considering going for a holiday to turkey next year in my 131. it's about 1500km from me. getting all the work done there while i take a dip in the sea seems like a good idea. only thing that bothers me is that i'd probably spend more time hangin' around the garage then having fun  on the beach Smiley
