Hi im going to fit a fiat 132 diff for stronger shafts and i want to convert it from shoes to discs .can anyone tell me if the front fiat 131 discs and calipers are good .is it good that comes the same dimensions front and rear?

To fit rear discs it would be best to get a 132 diff already fitted with them. An Argenta diff would probably be a better choice.
The 131 - 125 - 132 discs are the same but the rear calipers are different as they incorporate a hand brake mechanism which you will need.  You also need the caliper mount bracket for the rear plus the backing plates. This is why I say get the complete set up out of a 132.
Be aware of the different ratio & that it will throw your speedo (odometer) out.
Also check out the track width which from memory is a fair bit narrower than a 131.
There is also a bit of dicking around with attatching the rear handbrake cable to the 131 handbrake lever. There is also a bit of cutting & welding to get the mounts correct.
If you are going to do all this then there are better choices out there than an old 132 rear axle.

I did a similar thing with a Holden Torana diff into my 131 but it has Fiat 132 rear discs & callipers.

I already have 132 diff and rear 132 calipers to fit .is it good that fit 131 front discs in it .they become all front and rear the same size.is it good ?

Yes it is good. All the discs on my 131 are the exact same Brembo unit that I got from my friendly Fiat dealer Angelo Frangiosa.
When you fit the discs, set them up for correct run out with a dial gauge. All four discs being the same means that you can juggle them from hub to hub & hole to hole to get it right. This controls how much the pads throw off the disc. Minimum run out gives a better pedal because the pads move in less to grab the disc.

The early 132 had what we call a banjo diff centre, the whole centre pulled out from the front of the axle housing, they were the smaller 8 bolt CW&P, the later ones were salisbury, the centre was assembled in the axle housing via the rear plate, some were the small CW&P, and some were the larger 10 bolt CW&P. LSD was available on the later type, but very rare in OZ. The larger CW&P was Borg Warner I'm lead to believe, Fiat had 3 ratios, 10/41, 11/41 and 12/41, different ratios from other cars should be available also.

What position of the caliper is the best .infront of disc of rear of disc?what discs grooved and drilled suggest ?

Now that you will be using a 132 rear axle set up, the calliper position has been decided for you by the 132 mount. IMHO you will not need to drill the discs.
