If you get earlier bracket (series 2) you could use this type or do you want to use series 3 type ?
May have an earlier bracket ?  but I would have to try and find it.

Yes Valentino - We used a Sport gearbox mount and the gear lever is now very steady. Smiley

This is a series 3 rear gearbox support, I purchased it on ebay 5 years ago, they are common and use to show off at times, see the part on the top of the picture:
