HI jim131 - Big welcome to the site.

As Dave says many of us have seen this car on the market for some time - I dont know if it will help but new pictures especially showing the areas that usually rust could help generate better interest. You could go to town on the description and history as well - Always a must with these cars if you want a reasonable price.

You probably saw the white car that sold for ?3900 on Ebay recently so there is a realistaion that the cars are worth this type of money - Best of luck.

PS - If you still have it by May next year I hope that you will come to Scotland!!

sorry guys haven't replied for ages as have no internet!
(moved house)
anyway regards to the sunroof:
it's a full length canvas slide back roof, not a roll top but has steel supports through it which sit on a runner either side. very Italian and very retro. it was professionally installed many years ago before I owned it. I have owned this car since 1992 and it was in storage from 1994 up until 2006 when I restored it.
i will post a more detailed history on the website soon, and include more photos of the conditon of doors etc. Smiley

I have been keeping a close eye on this car for quite a while,as i am on the lookout for a 2000TC sport RHD.What puts me off going to look at this car is,the seller states that it was restored in2006,however i ask myself this question?,how come the rust situtation is minimal on the bodywork,as it was just recently restored!!!!!!.A lot more photos of the rust situtation and sunroof should be shown .It does look well in the photos, but these could have been taken, immediately after restoration. It would be great if the seller would reply to sum of the points that i have raised.Slan Eugene

The car was restored structurally by a professional panel beater and mechanically restored by myself. The bodywork has not been touched for some years but the rust is minimal, it is located on both wings.
If I had restored the body work and resprayed the car to mint condition it would make it worth a lot more money. I decided not to restore and respray the bodywork because I like the monza blue colour and anyone wanting to buy it may want to respray it to the original colour, being gun metal grey.
If you have any further questions don't hesitate to contact me via phone or email.

This car has been taken off the car&classic website.Maybe it has been sold,or the owner is pissed off in trying to sell it.It has been for sale for almost a year. Smiley.Eugene
