11500 euro Shocked To make a replica! in which country are the people who pay so much money to demolish a car, in part  Huh

The buyer was from the UK...  And in fact he is probably rigth, as trying to build a replica from a rusty old banger leads very often to an abandoned project

It's so much easier to just remove the parts you don't need and replace them with plastic, instead of having to weld for years.

That being said.  It was a pity as the Racing was an original black one.   Cry

Yves,
she was driving on the right, at least this racing  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

I spent several years of my life building cars for the race,
a true replica, it is a race car, so all that is not for tourism is useless!
the guy who put the money in a car like this, do not understand, or he has a lot of money to throw out the window! or both !!!
oh yes, it's true, in GBP, this is just 10000!

for rotten cars that nobody wanted it a few years ago,
I think a lot of guys full of money who want to get noticed
fell on his head  Angry

Hi everybody,
to go back to the main question, some of you should say:
131 racing / sport are rare to find, and there is no other project begins,
then I suggest this, is who cares
a 131 LHD racing. it is a race car. no registration for the road. but France homologation rally or circuit.
no rust, but work on the bodywork, interior roll cage, rally seats 2
engine 2000 Fiat Abarth 130 TC ritmo, racing gear box, and another, and another ...
good basis for project ABARTH REPLICA,
if someone wants to go ... tell me!

I think this car will be on EBAY soon, if nobody wants here!
