Now I wonder how such a part gets to be stolen and then is recovered. I think everybody is really interested in how you got it back. Smiley

Hallo Geert,
Als je je verhaal in het nederlands naar me mailt, wil ik het wel voor je vertalen.
(of ben je frans-talig? dan wordt het lastig voor me...)
Groet Henk

Hi Henk,

Geert contacted me and asked if I would be so kind to translate and tell his story. Not just about the cylinder head but about his car in general. He has a Stradale which he converted to a group 4 car. Story is in the making...

Here's the story of Geert (Sportman):

It goes like this. Geert brought the 16V head to a well known friend of his who does Abarth. But this man couldn't do the works himself so he brought the head elsewhere. Then it kinda lost. Geert contacted both parties. The first said he delivered, the other said he never got it.
Months went by and Geert had to take it higher up in the end. So he did and suddenly they found the head back. It was placed on "another" shelf, by mistake...
Anyway, he got it back and decided to spend the adjustments elsewhere.
