It's a Triumph TR7 or TR8 (dependant upon the engine) based Rally car. It's had some modifications to the headlights as the standard production version of the car had 'pop-up' headlights like the Fiat X1/9.

that's correctly! the car has an V8 Rover engine.

that's also correctly! it's modified in 1984 with Vauxhall chevette frontlight's.
