I have a 1979 131 1300 CL OHV engined car. Does anyone know if this starter motor is the correct one for it? Femsa, numbers on casing are 1.3kw, MTD12-14 Thanks Pete Title: Re: Starter motor query Post by: Tas131 on September 28, 2015, 11:23:18 PM Don't know about numbers, but the OHV motors had the starter on the opposite side to the DOHC motors. The nose and mounting holes are a mirror image.

Pete No. They are not interchangeable, they're a mirror image mounting wise, and the bolt holes don't line up. |
