Title: Headbolts torque Post by: supermirafiori on December 27, 2015, 11:16:13 PM Hi
I have the 1600cc twincam engine (131.c3000). Does anyone know the proper torque to tight the headbolts from the cylinder head. Also can someone describe the stages (steps) to tight the cylinder head. Thanks Title: Re: Headbolts torque Post by: jasonh131 on December 28, 2015, 10:38:04 AM from the archive

We decided to go for the older Torque to Spec. the bolts look like normal bolts not wasted like some stretch bolts. Make sure you run a tap through the block holes, clean the bolt threads, then lube threads and washers. |
