The lad that won couldn't pay up for a month ,so seller needed money quick so relisted it , i thought ebay winners entered a binding contract....

The buyer had a good 100% feedback rating. I would have thought it unlikely they would buy a car for ?2150 and not have the funds available. Where did the info come from Jason?

Well, it sold again tonight. Only made ?1900 this time to a buyer in Ireland. I think the crunch is definitely starting to affect sport prices now. Despite what people have said about the cars possible condition, I am sure if it had come up for sale a year or so earlier, it would have made much more. As before, I hope we get to see it brought back to it's former glory!

One thing i will say is,as people loose there jobs,they will have a lot of free time to restore cars which they wouldn't have had before.I think Dave is right,prices will come down.Eugene

i hope who ever bought it doesn,t live in a windy area could be spread over a 20 mile radius whoever bought best of luck you could buy 3 or 4 ladas for the price it made
