I clearly remember this car, Frank pulled up outside our house to go across the road to Croydon Race & Rally Centre to buy some door number stickers. I remember it had Fiat Twin Cam Register decals on the doors and a big pod on the dash with a red light in it. Had a good chit chat with him about my dads 3 year old S3 Super and my uncles Orange Sport. I remember him telling me about a race he needed the door numbers for, wonder if it was for the race he won!

I must of been about 9 years old....here we are 26 odd years later talking about the same car

Nice to see it back on the road and a RHD drive with great history!

Frank church offered me this car for ?5000 when I saw him at a car show years ago but then it had the proper coloured wheels as I remember.
He was an interesting old boy to listen to and he loved 131's

interestingly, the same seller that sold the red mk2 that simon/kev/andy bought.for that kind of money,id want the correct steering wheel im afraid.

It just amazes me how many 131's are still regularly turning up and even 131 Sports considering they were supposed to be the biggest rust buckets of the 70's and 80's there are still a lot of survivors turning up in RHD form 
I would imagine this one will sell for about 18.5K thats my guess anyway, not a graet time of year to be selling but I think this one will sell.

If this one sells for 18,5 I understand why the keep turning up.......This car is known for a long time, nice but with some known and advertised issues
