Title: 3ma09 update - LESS THAN 2 WEEKS TO GO! Post by: Thotos on May 15, 2009, 10:34:13 AM With 3ma09 approaching fast we are still trying to finalise our itinerary for the 4 days of celebrations for the 35 years since the launch of our favourite cars.
The UK and Irish convoys will converge at Dijon and we have arranged to stay the night on Tuesday 26th May at the KYRIAD DIJON EST - Mirande HOTEL (http://www.kyriad-dijon-est-mirande.fr/en/index.aspx). We are still looking into joining up with the German convoy for an en-mass pass over the Alps and arrival in Turin. We expect to be arriving at our base in Turin, the Pacific Hotel Fortino, late afternoon on Wednesday 27th May. If we get a large enough convoy of 131s you should be able to hear us coming!? ;D For the return journey on Monday 1st June the UK and Irish convoys will travel together again up to Dijon where we have arranged to stay at the La Flamb?e (http://www.laflambee.fr) at an agreed special rate for Dinner, Bed and Breakfast. If any other participants will be travelling via Dijon on 26th May or 1st June please get in touch so we can arrange to meet. |
