Hello all out there!
Another great day almost over now. We visited the Meyer-Werft in Papenburg. It was very interesting (especially for Simon  Wink ). Find attached a pic of our convoy parking at the shipyard. On the way back some of us  tested the top speed of their cars. (pics and probably vids to follow / @Kev: "HINT"  Wink  Cheesy )
Cheers,
Ren

Back home after 1422 miles (2289 km) of pure 131 fun and other than the occasional rough idling the car run faultlessly. A huge thank you to Albert and Heini for organising a great event.

With the owners permission of course Wink it would be nice if each car that attended had an individual photo taken of it. A thread listing each car with a few basic details could be compiled for the event.

There could be a new thread for each year to act as a historical record of which cars attended each event.

I believe Albert took individual photos of each attending car (total of 17 this year) so he may be able to start the thread you suggest.

We are also save home with our "fleet" . Ela and me just wanna thank all attendees for their enthusiasm. The smiles were worth the effort! And of course Heini, thanks for the cooperation, it was great to meet your friends also and we are sure we made friends for the future! About the question, I think I only miss Heini's green Special, only because I made the pictures after the swap for the Familiare.  so Heini can you put that one, I open the thread.

Returned safely this afternoon after doing "only" around 1,600 kms/1,000 mls - back with lots of memories and already looking forward to the next event  Smiley. To prove that 3MA is not only about 131s but indeed about meeting friends (old friends and new friends), here's a pic of Kevin welcoming my dog Vasco who was a first timer at 3MA (ok, Vasco's only 5 months old Wink)

Just arrived at B&B in Bristol and having steak and chips with my first pint of Guinness for over a week! Over 2800 kms so far and still not home!!

I should manage that late tomorrow nite although bad weather coming in from the Atlantic to meet me.

Huge thanks to Heini and Albert for organising another fun filled and flawlessly planned 3MA. Pictures later this week!  Smiley

I'm home too, at about 7pm, with the petrol gauge warning light on for almost 15 miles so I must be on fumes now Roll Eyes Grin 2,134km total for me and most of them fun (the journey to Germany in the pouring rain with heavy lorries and traffic jams is never any fun Undecided but the jopurney home was good!).

May I also offer my thanks to Heini and Albert (and of course Ela Wink) for the expertly prepared route card and special events and visits. Believe me when I say that I know how much work goes into these events - your efforts are very much appreciated. Grin

It was great to meet all 131 fans and here's to next year's 3MA - wherever it is!

Got home at 7am this morning having driven 1024 Miles (about 1638KM). Finished a great 3ma week with the over night ferry crossing, and as we sailed out of Holland we had nice a steak and a glass of wine in the restaurant.

On our trip to Floriade yesterday saw some police trying to look cool, I am not sure that it will catch on in the UK.

I must repeat earlier comments and thank Heini, Albert and Ela for all the hard work that they have put in to create a great event with varied visits, and flawless driving instructions. I think my favorite trip was the Meyers boat yard  Grin

Looking forward to next year wherever we end up. Grin Grin

Just back home in Limerick now... after 3418 kms in total...in 8 days. I feel I'm welded to the shape of the 131 seat!  Roll Eyes

The car performed fantastically... except for the small matter of an exhaust gasket ...expertly and seemingly permanently fixed by Ernst - Thanks Ernst!  Smiley

Wherever next year is...I'm looking forward to it already!  Smiley

We got back about 9ish last night. Had a fantastic time and a life long ambition  achieved with fellow 131ers! Clocked 1739miles and most of it in true Italian style! Apart from a cam cover gasket leak the car was on form as expected.

It was great meeting everyone and all the 131's.  Smiley

Thanks again Albert and Heini......you truly did an amazing job!  Wink
