Brooklands Museum ?Italian Car Day' saturday May 2nd

Developed over the last 29 years in association with Auto Italia magazine, the Italian Car Day has become established as the UK?s premier event for owners and admirers of Italian cars. Brooklands Museum is once again the venue, this historic location providing visitors with the opportunity to see and hear selected cars being demonstrated on the demanding hillclimb and the circuit at the adjacent Mercedes-Benz World.

Visitors arriving in any Italian car, be it a Fiat or a Ferrari, will have the opportunity to park in the areas set aside for the appropriate marques, car clubs and register displays.

Has it been confirmed that the 131s will have their own dedicated space at this event or it is just speculation?

I don't know whether to bring the yellow 131S (the only one of my mirafioris with an MoT) or the beige Uno..... Grin

I have asked Auto Italia via Facebook for a '131 area' at Brooklands but am yet to receive a reply. If I do I shall post up here so that we can all park together.

Current known attendees appear to be -

Simon - 131 S1 Special

Jason - 131 S3 CL

Phil - 131 S3 2000TC Super

Theo - Hopefully in his 131 and not his brown car!

Chris P - 131 S2 1600TC Super

AndyC - 131 (could be one of a number! Grin)

Any others coming in their 131s?  Cool

For the last few years we've tried to gather on the far right of the hill leading up to the banking, behind the Lancias and near the X1/9s. If they can have a regular spot why can't we? Grin

Yes, I think it is the biggest non-3MA turnout of 131s Kev. Grin All the more surprising considering the weather forecast for the day and the considerable distances that some of the 131 guys travelled. Wink

Good to see some 'first timers' as well as some old familiar faces; made for a great mix and superb day with 131 Friends. Wink Cool

Here's looking forward to 3MA15 in Wales in three weeks time, which looks like another great 131 event  Smiley
