This advert is using a photo of Theo's old Silver Sport aka Dudley (Reg no DDL). Aside from that if the mileage is right and the car's condition reflects that it could be a bargain - One owner as well apparently.

Hey!!  Shocked They can't do that! I want royalties. At least 20% of the sale value for the use of my car's photo.  Grin

Here's a better copy of that photo which was taken at the start of the 1998 London to Brighton run.

A lot of it (engine, windscreen, interior, fuel tank) lives on in Simon's 131 Racing. Quite a few mainly trim parts live on on my current 131 Sport. A lot of other parts were taken off and are stored in my 'spares' garage, some  bits were "borrowed" by someone and what's left (far too depressing to post a photo here  Cry) is resting in peace in a field in Essex belonging to Italian Race Services.

Probably... somewhere... I have a lot of trim bits as I've been collecting for years plus got a lot of spares when I bought my current Sport plus of course all the spare bits from 'Dudley' as seen above. I'll have a look next time I am in my 'spares' garage (if I remember...  Undecided)

I was going to say that Dudley doesn't look like that picture any more - but I didn't want to upset Theo Cry At least he lives on in my Racing.  Grin Grin

Which sort of goes to show that if you ever own a 131 Sport you always carry a 'donor card'! Grin Grin Grin

Ha - So true - I still have the "mirafiori Sport" badge from my Dad's car from 1982 when it was traded for an Argenta.

The car is now on Ebay. With different (hopefully actual) photos. Maybe the owner got wind of Theo's impending royaltys invoice..? Grin

I have to say that looking at the new photos it does not look like a 35000km car. The drivers seat has a serious rip and the rear bumper is too scabby looking.
