I heard stories of this guy who apparently had 2 0r 3 131 sports hidden away in a shed for years.  have been trying off and on for last 8 months to locate him and had always ran into a brick wall as he had moved house.  with a small lead from brensport i hit the jackpot.  made contact with the guy and arranged a meeting and low and behold it was like aladdins cave when i went to see them.  the deal was done and myself and Brensport set off yesterday morning and this is what we got. 3 genuine irish sports, one silver, one grey and one black.  the grey car is a junker. black and silver car fantastic, small bit of work needed.  enjoy the pics.

finally... also forgot to mention we loaded a renault master van and a mercedes vito van full of new and used parts. regarding the silver car i am sure kev and Sid will be interested in this, blue bumpers and blue seatbelts  :)  happy days

yes kev blue blue blue just faded.  both cars need small bit of work nothing too serious.  the old boy that had them had them with years.  in his words he would just drive a car until he got bored or it broke and he would just leave it there.  but thank god he put the 131s into a garage.  he always had planned to restore them or do things with them but as time went on he just never got around to it so agreed to let them off.

I've been offered a 132 bellini auto with genuine 65k. Been in storage on blocks for the past 6 years plus. Trying to sort a deal at mo, but being auto keeps putting me off.

Thanks lads could'nt believe our luck. We got a call from Mark and didn't hesitate, after travelling over the Wicklow mountains and we hit the end of the rainbow. We duely loaded up 3 131 sports and 2 van loads of parts and we got ourselves a convoy of 131's. :) :) ;D ;D 8)

and we were heading for a bear on the i 1 o bout a mile out of shakey town
i said calling all trucks  this is the duck were about 2 go hunting bear   jj mcall convoy :)
if ya dont get it its just me 2 bottls of wine going for another  :D

i no of another grey sport in a shead with years but not for sale.but i do have first dibs on it  when it dose come up . only in the last wk iv been told about another grey and silver sport but have had no luck finding
them yet .also a supermirafiori 1 owner from new with 10.000miles

I am not after the Dublin one but I can get a number for it as it is a sport with a bit of a criminal background but is legit car wise.... but it is another one I am thinking of....

Then there is the black one with very low miles with the red interior thats in the garda compound! it had something sinister in the boot when the gardai stopped it in dundalk.

Hello you need to contact alanacs member on here as he has a grey sport for sale.

Was this one seized back a long time ago with parts of the owners body in it.... but the other one I think was even mentioned on the six one news...

No body parts Dave but what was in the boot would have produced many body parts! thank god it was intercepted.

Is this like what the Gay131lover means by there would have been rust spread for miles....

Well Bren and Mark are doers they dont talk about a car they just go and get them but sure maybe we can get the black yoke going for friday.... but would the axle take my right foot.

I loved to see the pictures. Great also that the silver car has the blue bumper, seatbelt combi! I would like to have pictures from the belts. Actually I plan to make different coloursets so I can change. From pictures you know I have a green set fitted yet! The Racing was as far as I know the only car for sale ever you could offer with different coloured bumpers. A great gimmick ;)

Bren, if you're having a swing at me about not posting up my congrats then I'm sorry about that. Not been about on the computer to post anything up for a week or so - major computer probs at home. I'll have to buy a new one this weekend. Don't always think the worst first.

It's a great find and all 131 fans should be envious as well as grateful that these cars have new homes with two of the biggest enthusiast on the 131 scene...after me, Kevin and Theo or course! ;) ;D ;D
