This is a page taken from a dutch carmagazine, back in 1966. The reporter thought this coupe would be the next model; 131. Cheesy Wink Cheesy Wink Wink

No, 130 came in 1969. But Fiat never used follow-up-numbers. Example:130-132-131...

I have some pictures from coupe prototypes which were called 131 at the time, back in 1978/79. Later it turned out that the models were Lancia Beta coupe and spider cars. Sadly all my documentation is in boxes right now, so i can't make scans of them and post them here. But perhaps anybody else can help?

According to the picture, it does look like a 124 Sport Coupe to me. Not sure what years they were made..

The back looks similar to a 124 AC coupe, 1969.

The 124 AC Coupe was launched in 1967 with the 124 Spider being launched earlier, in 1966. (Strange but true! Grin)

And that car was the one the reporter saw. In the article he states that the car in the pictures is complete with all parts attached. Not a prototype or something. Why he called it 131 is unknown. And it took another 8 years before the real 131 was launched  Wink
